BWRT ® is highly effective in the treatment of phobias, and often just two sessions is required to resolve this. In most cases you will not even need to know what caused the phobia or fear in the first place, just how you would prefer to respond in those situations.
CBT looks at the mind-body connection, and how our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are all interlinked, and so influence each other. When people have negative thoughts and feelings these can trap them in a vicious cycle.
Hypnosis is not sleep, it is a heightened state of awareness. Whilst in hypnosis, most people have awareness of what is happening around them, but your mind is likely to drift and wander with my voice sometimes fading into the background.
