How long is each session?
Each session lasts about an hour, except smoking assistance which is 90 minutes.
 
Do you have insurance?
Yes I have public liability indemnity insurance
 
How often would I come to a therapy sessions?
How often you come to see me is up to you, and can suit your availability and finances.  Most clients tend to come on a weekly basis at first and then move to a fortnightly basis.  Weekly or monthly appointments can be accommodated.
Excepting Hypnobirthing which requires the course to be completed by week 35 of the pregnancy.
 
Is what we discuss in sessions confidential?
Yes it is, however the only exception to this is where it is believed that the client was about to endanger themselves or others, in this eventuality it would be discussed in the session and the client given opportunity and support to speak up prior to the therapist breaking confidentiality.

How many sessions will I need?
It is difficult to say how many sessions as each person is unique, but there is always a review after the 3rd session to ensure progress is being made.  The aim is that each time you come to see me you feel a little better.  That said most presenting issues are resolved in 2-4 sessions, more complex issues or multiple issues can take longer but you are always in control of how often and when you come to see me.
