CBT looks at the mind-body connection, and how our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are all interlinked, and so influence each other. When people have negative thoughts and feelings these can trap them in a vicious cycle.
CBT aims to help you deal with overwhelming problems in a more positive way. You’re shown ways to change negative thought patterns to get out of that vicious cycle and improve the way you feel. CBT looks at the here and now, focusing on the present rather than on issues from your past. It looks for practical ways to improve your state of mind on a daily basis.
CBT Hypnotherapy uses CBT techniques during sessions of hypnosis, which can help to increase the success of the techniques used.
Counselling
I offer a safe space for clients to talk openly about their feelings, emotions fears and anxieties in a confidential, non judgemental environment clients often find this very beneficial in ordering and processing situations they are facing.
